PROMOTION OR WARNING LETTER

Few days now things are going very sensitive like relationships and job small issues, people are not understanding the fact and acting like very unmature, at home all ladies and at work all guys ....
here is a email which happened today morning against warning letter to me, some how its not issued now but i have to be more careful for next time!!

Dear HR,

I agree with to reduce this warning to a letter only for this first and last instance, any repeat will end up in a fine.

Please ask Jabbar to sign a letter stating that he will avoid from crossing salik during non working hours and also he will paln his routes during working hours to try to avoid salik where possible.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the warning letter which management issued me while I used salik gates when not on duty, I accept that it’s a mistake but I went only twice during after my working hours that are:-

1-once in the night on New Year (used salik only this time)

2-pick my sister from airport (it was early morning, and I don’t have another means of transportation)

This happened for the first time during my service and I accept it as a mistake, but I am sorry that mentioned amount in the letter is too much for deduction that is AED 500 if I use salik only once

Please accept my request letter against that amount deduction from salary as because my salary is already not enough to bear other expenses
