what worse will happen if you go and try to get your child birth certificate after 13 years?! esp when father does not wanted to come to hospital, she went in the morning from 8 am waiting for the authorised person to come and ask the stupid questions and paper work to be done, in the end only they will charge this attestation and that attestation!! YA ALLAH
